Description
this auction is for the nick drake 4lp fruit tree box set. I do not need to say much about this set. It was released in 1986 to collect the three lps Nick produced while alive (also released together as a 1979 3 lp box set), and the newly released Time of no reply outakes lp, as one COMPLETE set of Nick's properly produced output. the albums artwork is reproduced on light paperstock covers that were a little small for the box. this is the cause of the minor wrinkles on the covers that is apparent in the photos. There is a bloody beautiful 12" by 12" booklet that includes all the lyrics and more photos of nick than are available in any other release. the book is in almost perfect condition- there are no flaws to speak of, but you could find a lot of fingerprints. the box does show shelf wear, this too is well represented by the photo. the records have no scratches, have been played on high end equipment and cleaned with a nitty gritty.
