Description

This is a copy of the Nick Drake self-titled LP released for a very brief time by Island US through Capitol. Very quickly withdrawn, it has become a very collectible item over the years. It is a compilation of Nick's first two LPs for Island. This copy has seen some use - both the LP cover and LP itself are in G+ shape. The sleeve has moderate scuffing, ringwear and a few pockmarks in the lower right-hand corner. The original blue inner sleeve with the pink "i" logo is present, but the right hand seam of the sleeve is almost completely severed. The LP itself is extremely playable and sounds good with only a little surface noise (audio sample can be provided upon request), but the record is covered with a number of light scuff marks, especially on the first side. Normally, I would avoid selling a record with this much visual wear, but this is a highly sought-after item and so I am pleased to post it at a fraction of the usual starting price. There is no reserve on this item.
