first off I am primarily a book dealer , Not a record dealer , so I will try and grade these as I do books.  I do not have a player to test these lps.
these LP's and the others I will be listing were obtained from the original owners collection.   He kept his records in nice collectible condition.   All lps are older issues , not new releases.  most lps are in nice condition , in my opinion , very little play wear.   any scratches I see are noted below.  Nice original lot.

I will list info taken directly from the front/back of the sleeve.  
all have the inner paper sleeves.
New Lost City LP Ramblers , Rural Delivery number one  , Folkways Records FA 2496 , dated 1964 on back.  very nice excellent jacket and LP , no noticeable scratches.
Old Timey Songs for Children , Folkways Records FC 7064 , dated 1960 on backside.  there is a light 4 inch scratch on side 2 that goes across songs #2-#5 , the cover has minor shelfwear to edges , overall verygood.
Remembrance of Things to Come , stereo #FTS 31035 , dated 1973 on back.  very lite playwear to side #2 , still a nice lp and jacket both excellent condition.
String Band Instrumentals , folkway record FA 2492.  lite playwear to side #1 , side #2 has a 4" inch scratch to songs #5-#8 , verygood overall.   cover dated 1951 , but the lp label is dated 1964.
