Neil Young ?– Live At The Cellar Door
I bought this record brand new form amoeba records in Hollywood.  It had a defect on the last two tracks of side 1, "old man" and "birds" each song has a couple section where the track skips, but the needle isn't skipping, the record is just defective.  I have a quality turntable and know how to balance the arm.  So I brought it back to amoeba and they gave me a new one.  The new record had the exact same defect.  I was in my crazy phase of collecting every neil record I could at the Time so I kept it.
So....the record is in near mint condition everywhere except on the last two tricks of side 1 
the jacket is in excellent condition
