At the time of this writing, the Seller had additional titles by this artist for sale on Ebay.  The Seller is the Original Owner and received this LP as a promotional copy from the label at the time of its release. 

The discs were visually inspected and appears to be in NM condition.  The cover is in VG+ condition, with minimal shelf wear.  It has a promo sticker and a hype sticker corner on the cover.  It has the original white paper inner sleeves. (Wikipedia Excerpts) Decade is a compilation album by Canadian-American musician Neil Young, originally released in 1977 as a triple album. It contains 35 of Young's songs recorded between 1966 and 1976, among them five tracks that had been unreleased up to that point. It peaked at No. 43 on the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart, and was certified platinum by the RIAA in 1986.

Compiled by Young himself, with his hand-written liner notes about each track, Decade represents almost every album from his career and various affiliations through 1977 with the exception of 4 Way Street and Time Fades Away. Of the previously unreleased songs, "Down to the Wire" features the New Orleans pianist Dr. John with Buffalo Springfield on an item from their shelved Stampede album; "Love Is a Rose" was a minor hit for Linda Ronstadt in 1975; "Winterlong" received a cover by Pixies on the Neil Young tribute album from 1989, The Bridge; and "Campaigner" is a Young song critical of Richard Nixon. The track "Long May You Run" is a different mix to that found on the album of the same name, featuring the harmonies of the full Crosby Stills & Nash before David Crosby and Graham Nash left the recording sessions.

The Seller was in the retail record business in the 1970's-1980's and acquired a collection of 2500+ albums from that era, which is now being sold on Ebay. Most are promotional and collectible LPs which have never (or seldom) been played. Many are white label promos, first pressings, and often factory sealed. The collection has been securely boxed and stored in a smoke free environment since 1983, 39 years!  Please check back occasionally to see my new listings. I add approx. 25–50 new LPs per week.

Grading methodology is as follows:

M (MINT) - Album is brand new, sealed, and has never been played.

NM (NEAR MINT) - Vinyl looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. LP cover may have some light rub marks.

 VG+ (VERY GOOD PLUS) - Vinyl may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned corners, or a slight seam split. May have slight signs of wear also may be marred by a cut out hole, sawcut, or cut corner indicating it is a promotional copy.

VG (VERY GOOD) - Vinyl has light wear, scratches, or scuffs. Covers may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached, etc.

 This Seller allows for combined shipping costs when multiple items are purchased in the same transaction. Seller ships domestically within the United States via United States Post Office Media Mail with tracking. This is the most economical option. Seller will insure packages valued above $30. Insurance does not cover missing packages after they have been delivered to the buyer's address, only damage or loss during shipping. Warping could occur if vinyl records are exposed to heat and direct sunlight, so please make adequate arrangements to safely receive your packages.  If Buyer prefers a faster shipping service, please contact the Seller before completing the transaction to discuss options such as Priority Mail. Per USPS, Priority Mail packages are delivered in 1-3 days.
