Mint-
The labels are clean with light spindle-wear. There are just a few faint visible marks on the vinyl of this very rare demo which plays through with only one tiny background sound just before the song bursts into the rock section. Comes complete in generic white sleeve.

GRADING/CONDITION:-
Items are graded visually according to accepted Record Collector standards.
Sleeves/covers graded first and the vinyl second.
Mint, Ex, Vg, Good, Fair, Poor and Bad.
With the exception of plus and minus signs; (+ & -)
I might list a record I consider to be better than excellent but not quite mint as; (Mint-) etc. Any noticeable faults with the playback/sound of the item will be pointed out. Records are graded to standard and not age.
