COVER: EX+ (non laminated single-sleeve cover has very minimal surface/ring-wear, corner & edge-wear, has some light soil spots)
INSERT & INNER-SLEEVE: EX (paper insert with liner notes etc. has no rips, heavy folds or creases, also contains a nylon anti-static inner-sleeve has no tears or splits)
