Description
For sale here is NUCLEUS--SOLAR PLEXUS--WITH IAN CARR, original UK VERY FIRSTpressing on the VERTIGO SWIRL/SPIRAL label. Released in1971, stereo 6360 039. Matrix No 1Y//1 and 2Y//1.
COVER.GATEFOLD, UN- laminated front and back. Rare in this condition, it is very flat and has a light creasing.The spine and edges are in excellent condition with general light wear to the surfaces and corners caused by rubbing. The front is in EX condition as is the back, with no writing, tears, seem splits or sticker residue. The opening edges are sharp and true. The information on the spine is fully legible. The inside gatefold is in NEAR MINT condition. Overall this is in wonderful condition for a 34 year old sleeve. EX (It also comes with it's spiral inner sleeve )
LABELS.. This is the VERY FIRST PRESSING showing the larger swirl emblem above the spindle hole and the word VERTIGO at the bottom of the label on the B-side. There are minor spindle marks, no stickers , tears or writing. NM/NM
VINYL. Visually both sides are in lovely condition with VERY FEW VERY LIGHT surface marks which can only be seen under bright light. Both sides still have their origional deep black shine .Both sides of this great album play without any clicks, scratches or jumps the sound quality is full and un worn. This really is a great condition item that would please any collector, a real KEEPER. This album really does play LIKE NEW with very few crackles in the quiet parts.FANTASTIC EX+/EX+
