North County Rock Association, 197? PRIVATE PRESSING CALIFORNIA COMMUNAL/GARAGE/PSYCH MONSTER! on Nut House Records!

Very scarce and sought after rarity, pops up rarely on ebay, the last one sold for $450 last year in poorer condition than the one you are now looking at.

To borrow from that description

 “Rare killer psych from California. This LP has the most awesome female vocals on any psych LP I’ve heard. Also monster acid fuzz-phase guitar jamming. A couple of tracks have male vocals too. Great obscure looking cover. Pretty good sound for a private LP.…And if the LP wasn’t killer enough the last song on side 2 is a killer acid guitar jammin’ instrumental! A must have LP for the serious psych collector.”

I'd say thats a pretty good description and add that the LP is also drowning in that DIY/Real People charm that make these undiscovered and obscure private LP's so compelling.

LP is MINT-, almost gets a straight MINT grade, no spindle marks and only the slightest bit of light sleeve-burn/paper-marks.  VERY, VERY NICE.

Sleeve is MINT- as well, still in original shrink!  almost no corner-wear!  The only real defect is some yellowing on the back along the bottom edge (looks like it possibly could have been moisture related, but if it was, it caused no significant damage/mold/peeling, etc) and the outer edge where the shrink is opened.

Don't wait for a better copy, it may not exist!
