This is an original issue of the 1968 Normie Rowe “Penelope” EP from Australia. Cat. No. Sunshine QX-11,488. This record comes with the original picture sleeve. Tracks are: Penelope / Lucinda / Baby Call On Me / You Can’t Stop Loving Me. This is hard to find EP from one of Australia’s most popular sixties artists. Both A-side tracks written by Brian Peacock from Normie’s early backing band The Playboys (and later on Procession), are interesting although lightweight, pop-psych. The B-side is an attempt at blue eyed soul. Cover and record are both in EXCELLENT condition.
