SOULGATE no# ROCKIE CHARLES "THE PRESIDENT OF SOUL PART I"/"THE PRESIDENT OF SOUL PART II". The record is Vg++ with clean labels. Written, produced, arranged and perfomed by Rockie Charles Merrick in 1975 New Orleans.

I do not try to make a profit on shipping costs. I declare a low value for the lads in customs ; I've been doing it that way since 1972 when I published my first mailorder catalog.
GRADING : MINT (M) ; M- (NM) ; Vg++ ; Vg+ ; VG ; Vg- ; G+ ; G ; G- ETC. PLAY GRADE IS OFTEN ALSO STATED. THE LABEL CONDITION IS NOT PART OF THE VISUAL GRADE ; LABEL DEFECTS ARE STATED. I do use the M (Mint) grade but not very often. My Vg++ is a record you will never have to upgrade unless there is a label issue.
