Description

 Marc Blitzstein's NO FOR AN ANSWER, An American Opera. Original cast recording, Keynote album 105. 3 10" discs and 2 12" 78s. The composer at the piano. Cast members include Carol Channing (her debut), Curt Conway, Martin Wolfson, Olive Deering, Lloyd Gough..a lot of blacklisted folks in this (somehow Carol escaped being tarred with that brush).
Very rare on 78s. Because of the odd format, many sets ended up broken. This album was in the family since it was new 70+ years ago. A photocopy of the booklet is included. This will be packed VERY carefully. Discs generally E, album has some wear. This very copy was used for a CD reissue in the late 90s.

Discs will be shipped from the US so ignore any reference to Canada Post costs. Shipping from Canada is beyond prohibitive on large albums like this. Absolutely no overseas shipping.
