Somebody asked for some more info on the condition of the record:
There`s very minor wear on the right lower edge of the sleeve, and at the bottom middle of the sleeve on the seam is a small tear - less than an inch - otherwise it looks as new. There`s slight surface noise evident a few quiet places, it plays great throughout
