Description
- Night Ranger released their compilation "Greatest Hits" album in May 1989 on MCA Records. It includes all the hits from the band's first five albums including "Sister Christian," "Don't Tell Me You Love Me," "When You Close Your Eyes," and "(You Can Still) Rock In America." It was certified Gold but is now out of print and copies like this one are very hard to find in vinyl.
- This is a very rare Promo copy of (MCA-42307) that is in excellent condition. The cover still has its gloss and is easily VG+. Please see the pictures. The disc test plays cleanly and is also VG+ which is as high as I go on vintage vinyl. It was mastered by Greg Fulginiti at Artisan Sound Records in Hollywood and this copy was pressed at the MCA Records plant in Pinckneyville, Illinois. The Side One dead wax is etched MCA 8937 ASR3 and stamped with the Artisan Logo and pressing plant identifier ?-P-?.
- In addition to its original packaging, this album will come with a high quality Anti-Static Round Bottom Inner Sleeve to hold the vinyl disc and a sturdy 3 mil. polyethylene Archival Quality Outer Sleeve.
- Free shipping is included in the special corrugated album mailer seen in the last picture.
- This vintage 12" vinyl album has been sitting upright on a shelf in climate controlled storage for the past 32 years. It has not been played in decades other than a quick test spin for this sale which found no skips or obvious flaws. Like all used records it should be cleaned and wiped with an anti-static brush to minimize the occasional pops that are part of playing vinyl albums. Buyers should note that this is a well-cared for but used record and it will have some minor imperfections.
