NHRA Summernationals: Drag Sounds, Raceway Park, Englishtown, NJ - On Vinyl - LP: 601. *Play-Tested* Very Rare!
This auction is for NHRA Summernationals Drag Sounds LP. This is a 1971 recording from Raceway Park NJ. The jacket is in VG condition. There is shelf-wear and a 2" split at the bottom starting at the opening. The artwork still has nice color and the white on the front and back hasn't been sun yellowed. The vinyl visually grades VG. The first few minutes of the first track, first side looks the worst. I play-tetsted the record and the 1st few minutes of the 1st track are ruff. There is a skip in this area that won't allow the record to play through. I started the record over putting the needle down about 3 minutes into the record and the LP played through with no problems. There was some low level crackle that did not over take the announcer and certainly not the drag sounds. the second side played like fine. Some low level crackle would rise and fall but no skips or loud pops. Check the pictures and my feedback and bid with confidence.
