Up for bid is a awesome lp.NEW SOIL JACKIE MCLEAN BLUE NOTE 4013.With Donald Byrd / Walter Davis Jr./ Paul Chambers /Pete La Roca.I am starting to list a lot of these rare jazz LP's.This great piece would be a great addition to someones collection.If you search you will see that almost anything on Blue Note is getting harder to find.With that I will tell you I do not grade records I will describe the best I can.The cover is in very nice condition with no splits.The heavy black area has some wear as do a lot of these heavy inked lp's. Back cover upper left corner has a small spot .Looks like clear coating is off. Upper right corner has old price tag on it, I will not remove may cause damage if I try to remove.The vinyl has a high sheen and does have some hair line scratches. But does not seem to affect the playing.I also will not clean these lp's because everyone has their own way to do this.I have seen where someone makes it look great .but plays like crap because they use a strong cleaner.This lp is not mint ,but for it's age it is rare and a very nice lp.
