FROM zappainaustralia.com
An Australian only compilation many years later in 1984 was the last vinyl compilation with any of Frank’s material to be pressed here, albeit in small numbers. ‘The New Rock ‘n’ Roll The A-Z Of Rock In The 80’s’ (CBS 2CSP 006). Released in both stock and white label promo contains contemporary artists from the 80’s. Frank, and Daughter Moons’ track ‘Valley Girl’ was included amongst 32 other artists. A 2 LP set housed in a single matt sleeve.
A book of the same name was printed to coincide with the vinyl release. This sadly only contains a small picture and blurb on Frank and Moon.
Rumour has it all pressings of the vinyl were recalled and destroyed, for whatever reasons. This may well be true, as only a few copies have ever turned up.
