on rare limited edition original UK 1st pressing 7" in Red printed card picture sleeve with paper labels
etched matrices are FAC-53 SOFT TOWNHOUSE X058 & FAC-53 HARD TOWNHOUSE X058
released on Factory Records FAC53 in 1981
The condition of the record is very good ( has a few hairlines but plays through fine), sleeve has creasing.

UK Royal Mail Recorded Free or Special Delivery £9.00 & each additional 7" £0.50p.
Europe Royal Mail Airmail International Tracked / Signed For £11.00.
Rest Of The World Royal Mail Airmail International Tracked /Signed For £13.00.
Each additional 7” in Europe / Rest Of The World is £1 per item. 2x 7” are charged as per additional items. These prices are based on items / parcels up to 2kg. Proof of posting is always retained.
