Last year marked 25 years since the release of Greek industrial noisenik Neural Network's debut album, the surging and intense Kinsethetics. The man behind the project, Savvas Georgiadis, has decided the time is now right to offer up the first ever vinyl edition of the set, which lands on luscious transparent blue vinyl. Musically, the album has undoubtedly stood the test of time, thanks in no small part to its atmospheric, shadowy blend of mid-80s Cabaret Voltaire style EBM grooves and whispered vocals, acid-fired dancefloor energy, Nitzer Ebb-esque musical motifs, mind-bending vocal samples and techno-tempo beats. The album's occasional downtempo and ambient moments are also superb.
