· Items are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on weight and size of the item. The carrier will be determined at our discretion. Small items may be shipped to a P.O. Box, but larger and heavier items must have a physical address. If you provide a P.O. Box but your item can't be shipped via USPS, your money will be refunded and you will need to re-submit payment with a physicl address.

· Local pick-up is available at our Fort Worth store. You will need to provide any needed packing materials. Please contact us to arrange a convenient time.

We accept returns and provide refunds of the purchase price (less shipping) promptly if we fail to describe our item accurately. We cannot refund shipping charges. Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of your receipt of the item, and the item returned within 7 days of buyer receipt.
