Comes in pink rubber stamped cover with foil sticker and a paper insert cover with artwork by Wm. Stout. Yellow vinyl with matrix #s NY-114-A/B. Cover and insert are VG+. Vinyl is VG mainly because of the cheap pressing defects with the occasional pops (like all TMOQ lps). Light wear otherwise. A very nice copy of this rarity. This version has only been on ebay a couple times and each time has sold for a little above and a little below $400!
