Description

My Bloody Valentine - Loveless LP - Original UK Creation Issue

The greatest album of all time. Well, that's an opinion I've held since 1991 anyway! It's still as beguiling as it ever was; I got into hi-fi with the specific aim of dissecting this album and 21 years and more money than I'd like to think of later it's still largely impenetrable! What a sound though - what a sound!

This is the original issue of Loveless. I urge you, even if you're not buying this specific copy DON'T BUY THE PLAIN RECORDINGS REISSUE - it's appalling, there's no dynamics and it sounds terrible - Lifeless would be a more appropriate title for the Plain issue. The Creation pressing is so much better.

The vinyl is Excellent. It's been professionally cleaned and little played. It's as shiny as it looks in the pictures and completely unmarked although there are a few pops here and there.

The sleeve is VG+, there's a little roughness at the edges but nothing major. The inner is great and there's a new anti-static liner for the freshly cleaned record to go in - you don't put clean feet into dirty socks!
