Muddy Waters-Muddy Waters At Newport 1960 on Chess Records 1960. Original first pressing of this album. These are getting harder and harder to find in any playable condition! Muddy's performance is just great and the stuff we used to judge the quality of Newport by!. Catalogue # LP-1449
Vinyl - Very Good + (Shiny with some surface marks that slightly influence playback)
Gatefold - Very Good + (Seams show slight spitting, spine okay, corners slightly worn but not creased, front pretty clean, back with some ring wear and stamped with a name "Hendrix")
Sound - Legendary blues!
Vinyl are from my personal collection and play tested on my Garrard 301 with SME 309 tonearm and ZYX Airy cartridge. Vinyl is kept in a temperature controlled audio room. No smoking and no pets!
Vinyl are housed in sealed clear vinyl jackets to protect the gatefold and LP's are housed outside the gatefold in aftermarket paper sleeves with poly lining. If original sleeves are necessary to the integrity of the album they are also kept. I do combined shipping if a buyer wins multiple records. Please request an invoice if you win multiple records! All records ship in new vinyl cardboard holders.
