Description

Mr. Burt Shepard - Laughing Song - 10” 78 RPM Shellac - HMV Records - 1905.
78 RPM released on HMV in 1905 – 2-2803.
The shellac has been graded fair (F). It has been cleaned but there are marks and streaks throughout. There are also noticeable light scratches. See photos.
The sleeve has been graded good plus (G+). Despite looking tired and a little worn, there are no real signs of any damage. See photos.
NB. I do not have the facility to play test this. I have graded this in the same way I do vinyl. Shellac is obviously more robust – I am unsure how much effect on playback the condition actually has.
