I have been debating whether to tuck various surprises into random copies ? original drafts of lyrics, say ? but the first person who attempts, at a show, to go through a bunch of the sleeves to see which one?s the most eBayable will be promptly shot between the eyes and his corpse dragged from town to town as a warning to others. Yes, actually, I do listen to a lot of death metal, why do you ask?"
