Motörhead - Motörhead , Chiswick Records WIK 2
Classic rare debut 1977 UK 8-track album on the Chiswick label, features classic title track. Complete with narrative inner sleeve.
Housed in a fully laminated black & white picture sleeve (printed by Press & Post), introducing the band’s trademark war pig image.
This copy has the A1/ B1 matrix and the misspelling on the back of the sleeve:
1. reads „kilminster“ instead of „kilmister“
2. reads „vibratory“ instead of „vibrator“
3 reads „ train kept a rollin‘“ instead of „the train kept a rollin‘“
This is a superb copy in archive all around MINT condition.
The sleeve is NEAR MINT, just some minimal unavoidable laminate lift along the perfect spine (as shown in photo) , no ring wear, sharp and crisp corners.
9.5/10 for this wonderful sleeve.
No splits or creases to the black and white inner sleeve- MINT and in day of release condition - 10/10 for the inner sleeve .
The vinyl is in MINT condition, archive quality, looks unplayed, no spindle lines on perfect Chiswick label. A1/B1 etched matrices. 10/10 again for the vinyl!
I have played this album once to grade - superb sound quality!
This is a stunning one owner copy, the best I have ever seen, definitely an upgrade for any serious 1970s metal rock collector.
