Description
This beautiful, log out-of-print 12-LP set contains live recordings Count Basie and his Orchestra recorded for the Roulette label in 1959, 1961 and 1962. There are plenty of blues, relaxed swingers and superb vocals. While there is nothing revolutionary here, its consistency and celebratory fiber are impressive throughout every disc. The set is in beautiful shape and we never played it while we owned it - it was sold to us as "new." We're listing it as "used" because the box and book, while completely sound and intact, have some small blemishes that we've tried to show. The records, however, look completely unplayed.
