This is an autographed Morrissey LP - the Australian version of Viva Hate, Education in Reverse. Education in Reverse was Morrissey's original title for the album that became Viva Hate. Limited copies were pressed in Australia with this title. I purchased this record at Let it Be Records in Minneapolis, Minnesota in August, 1996.
I went to the Morrissey autograph signing in Albuquerque, New Mexico on September 14, 1998 for the "My Early Burglary Years" cd release. This is where Morrissey signed this album cover for me. He was surprised to see it, and asked if it was an import. I have included photos of myself and Morrissey as he signed the album cover.
I have always kept the vinyl in a Japanese plastic sleeve, inside a paper sleeve, and outside of the lyric inner sleeve as well as the outer cover. There is NO ring wear on the outer cover. The inner lyric sleeve is nearly mint and the autographed album cover is in truly excellent condition - see photos.
The vinyl has been played maybe twice since I've owned the record (21 years). It has NO marks or scratches and plays perfectly.
I have had this record in my collection for 21 years, it is time to let it go. I can send more photos by request.
