Description

Van Morrison's iconic third studio album, Moondance, released on January 27, 1970.

It features classic songs such as "Stoned Me", "Caravan", "Into The Mystic", and "Everyone".


Following the abstract folk-jazz of his previous work, Astral Weeks, Morrison wrote and produced Moondance to be more commercially accessible. The result was an immediate critical and commercial triumph that established him as a major artist. It has since been inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame and frequently ranks among the greatest albums of all time.
