Description
This is a GREAT RARITY-- "We Three Monkees" (sans Michael) did this song in the 70's. Chip Douglas (Monkees producer) and Howard Kaylan (both formerly of The Turtles) wrote the song and Chip re-released on Christmas Records CDS-702-A in 1986.
It scanned a bit yellow but the white color sleeve is still sharp with little aging.
The record itself and label are just fantastic! Plays beautifully and clear. The flip side is "White Christmas" with lead by Davy Jones (Micky does lead on the A side).
The sleeve has a definite 70's photo of the guys (Micky has the fro and Peter has the hippie look) and has the words to the song on the back. The sleeve has some minor edge wear but VERY minor and a little record outline. It is autographed by Chip Douglas on the back with "Hi Meg" also but the name part looks more like scribble! A really cool item and one I hate to see go, but alas, life calls...
I reserve the right not to sell to anyone with undesirable feedback. If you have questions about an item, please e-mail me prior to bidding. We have to part with a lot of things of all kinds over the next few months so please keep checking and thanks!
