Original 1968 PROMO single with label sleeve from FRANCE on:
BARCLAY Records#60 904

Ultra rare French original two tracks PROMO single copy, featuring two French Freakbeat classics by the French singer Monique Thubert "Avec les oreilles" is a killer Mod Go Go Freakbeat tune with Brigitte Bardot sounds alike erotic vocals & "Boof" a tongue-in-cheek conversational male/female vocals a la Gainsbourg's "Je t’aime moi non plus" with similar church organ sound. Great interlude with simple descending guitar line.
Both tracks were compiled, among other, on the "Ultra Chicks" (Vol.1 & 3) series.
The 2 titles French singles from that era are rare and were issued for juke box purposes the sound is much more better and louder than on the EP's and LP's pressing.

Record Grading System:
M: (Mint=as new, unplayed).
EX: (Excellent=near a perfect copy, played only a few times).
VG: (Very Good=The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches, nothing really serious).
G: (Good=played a lot, background noise in the quieter moments, no jumps, skips, hisses, etc.. Still a good copy for djing) .

Picture Sleeve Grading System:
M: (Mint=as new)
EX: (Excellent=has no creases, folds, seam splits or any other noticeable similar defect).
VG (Very good=will have some slight wear, lightly turn-up corners, decent writing on or a slight seam-split).
G: (Good=may have heavy writing on, seam splits, tape, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object).
F: (Fair=the cover barely keeps the record inside it).

I list records both in U.K. pounds and in U.S. dollars, sometimes in Euros. This shouldn't stop anyone to place a bid, I mean you're welcome to combine purchases whatever the currency is!
