                EPIC RECORDS (SONY) from 2000.

Detail of condition: This record is in 'near mint' (NM) condition with only minor imperfections on the cover, which probably came that way. I little crease here, a tiny tear there. Records themselves have been play once and are totally good to go.

Comments: This is a great 2 x LP album with nice inner sleeves. This is a hard to find record, and a good score for a vinyl lovin' fan of this great band.

GENERAL COMMENTS ON RECORD CONDITION GRADING:

Grading Guidelines: I am following the basic guidelines others are using, which can be read on so many auctions. This is my collection, and I always tried best to respect my records, playing them with a nice Stanton Mark V needle on a nice turntable. If a record is less than VG or has any problem, warping or any, I will describe it as best I can.

Crackles on new records: This is the hardest part of grading for me since I basically believe most records crackle, and the types of records I am selling from the 90ies, especially. If we were talking about older records the crackles discussion becomes more relevant, bus since this was my collection and I often bought records new and basically played things once to drop them onto tapes, and there are still some crackles, why should I downgrade my records on this basis?  That’s how they came new. I will try to identify any surface scratches, but again the newer records (1990 and forward, where overall record production has been very limited) records often have this brushed across look.  And I won’t be selling any records that skip!

 PAYMENT TERMS FOR BUYERS IN USA ONLY:

- Money orders and cashier’s checks accepted. Sorry, no personal checks.

- Paypal/Bidpay preferred for USA buyers, with specific limitations detailed below.

PAYMENT TERMS FOR BUYERS IN USA, CANADA, AND UK:

- Paypal accepted ONLY for confirmed Paypal addresses.  Please do not pay through Paypal if you do not have a Paypal confirmed address as I will return your payment unless special permission specifically granted by seller prior to bidding. Such permission to ship to an unconfirmed address is not likely to be granted for a high value item in any case.

- Bidpay accepted up to maximum bid of USD $1,400.00 on any one auction.

- For items with winning value over USD $1,400.00, money orders and international money orders also accepted along with Confirmed Address Paypal. Payment is to be received within 10 days of auction close in this case only. Items going for less than USD $1,400.00 are payment by Paypal and Bidpay only, with restrictions as described. Thank you.

- No bidders with negative comments unless prior permission granted to bid.

- Payment is due within 7 days of auction close. Immediate payment is always appreciated and a good motivator for fastest shipment.

PAYMENT METHODS FOR BUYERS IN ALL OTHER COUNTRIES, EXCEPT USA, CANADA, AND UK:

-Bidpay only, please.  Bidpay is accepted up to a maximum bid of USD $1,400.00.

- For items with winning value over USD $1,400.00 international money orders are also accepted. Payment is to be received within 10 days of auction close in this case only. Items going for less than USD $1400.00 are Bidpay only. Thank you.

SHIPPING INFO:

Seller will make a good effort to ship item safely and promptly. Insurance and tracking included costs included in flat shipping rate. I am happy to combine shipping on multiple items where appropriate. See my other auctions!

Seller reserves the right to change carrier / type of mail service for any reason. Buyer is to be responsible for flat shipping fee as per details of auction.

Buyer understands that seller may require signature confirmation for delivery, and solely at seller’s discretion. Seller reserves right to use registered mail in any case as well.

Buyer has option to purchase signature confirmation on any auction for USD $2.10 additional. Please inquire about registered mail if preferred,  with additional costs  to be paid by buyer unless seller elects to choose registered mail for security under ordinary circumstances, in which case seller will pay. Extraordinary circumstantial costs of safe shipment all to be paid in advance by seller.

FOR USA: Insured shipping via USPS First Class, Priority or Express mail in seller's option. Additional USA shipping charges may apply if outside the lower 48 states.

INTERNATIONAL: International bidders encouraged, but with all at buyers’ risk. Seller is not responsible for any damages in transit, customs delay, et cetera. For international winners, I will work with auction winner to ship this item safely and appropriately.

Insured shipping via USPS First Class, Priority or Express mail in seller's option. Willing to use other carriers where workable at buyer’s request. Suggestions welcomed, but for now flat rate is $30 for international shipment.

Buyer agrees to pay any significant extra shipping charges in advance at actual cost for exotic location delivery! Zimbabwe and South Pole are extra.

CANADA:  Will work to give Canada buyers a break on shipping – I’m still learning. Just let me know if you win, kind Canadians, and we can go from there.

RETURN POLICY: All items are sold ‘as is’ with no returns. Please check my feedback and bid with confidence. I will try best for customer satisfaction, but please understand all items are sold ‘as is’ with no returns.
