A Little About Us

We love music and we love sharing it with people. There’s a lot of cheap items on ebay, but we focus on good quality vinyl which sounds great. That’s why we rarely sell anything less than VG. If we won’t listen to it then we don’t expect you to listen to it.

We focus mainly on Vinyl, but also have some rare gems come through our warehouse from Soviet Bone Music and polish post cards to flexi discs and foreign imports.

We’re constantly getting Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones and Bowie coming in, so it’s well worth checking back with us. We recently bought a record shop that was going out of business so we’ll be listing lots of lovely rock, heavy metal, reggae, indie, soul and punk.

Combined Postage

We’re not looking to make money off postage. We’ll send you up to 2KG of records for £4 and this works out at:

£3 for Royal Mail 2nd Class

We can generally get 6 records for under 2kg and sometimes more depending on the age of them. If you’re worried, send through what you want and I’ll weigh them for you.

How to combine postage:

Not everyone is confident online, so we have a few different ways we can combine postage to make your life a little bit easier.

Buy everything you want, but DON’T pay! (And please note that buying is different to putting an item in your basket). Once you have bought them, send me a message and I’ll issue you an invoice through ebay with the postage set to £4.

Buy everything you want and then pay for them. Once you’ve done that, send me a message saying you’d like a refund and I’ll issue it within 24 hours.

We deal with all types of record collector and will help you through the buying and postage process.

Our Mailers

For singles we use a reinforced vinyl envelope from LIL packaging. For orders of 3 or above we use the Kite Packaging Cruciform Box. These are as close to bomb proof as we’ve found and we haven’t lost a record to damage yet. (Fingers crossed)

If you have any special requests, such as the record being on the outside of the sleeve, send us a message and we’ll try and make it happen.

Grading

If anything, we tend to undergrade and you can see from our feedback that our customers are happy. On average we get 3 return request per year on over 2,000 records which we’re really happy about.

It’s rare we’ll sell anything less than VG- on a record as that’s the lowest grading we’d want to listen to ourselves. Please read the grades we have given our items to make sure you’re happy with them and if you’ve any questions, let us know and we’ll pull the item from the warehouse and give you a little more information on the condition.

Returns:

Whilst we don’t offer returns, but do accept returns for the following reasons:

• The item wasn’t graded properly

• The Item arrived damaged

• The item jumps or noticeably clicks and this wasn’t included in the description.

We believe the majority of people are good and decent and don’t try to rip us off. We do ask that, if you’ve got what you paid for and it’s as described then you don’t try and get a refund because you’ve changed your mind or don’t like the record.

Every return costs us around £7-8, so please, please, please make sure you want your item before you click buy.

Feedback

In 10 years we’ve left bad feedback for two buyers which should tell you how hard we work to make you happy and resolve problems. If you pay, we leave you good feedback, it’s as simple as that.
