Sealed! Moby Grape-Debut-Promotional Copy On Columbia CL 2698 MONO W/Poster Finger Cover. Since it is sealed, I'm assuming the record is mint, the cover, although sealed has some small holes here and there and has allowed air to get to it and there is some discoloration here and there, mostly on the time strip, you can see faint white spots in the last picture and it also has bumped corners.
