Condition is Used VG+ as defined by Goldmine : Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are OK. 
Cover has some discoloration around edges. Lyric sheet a little crumpled. Please See photos
I have listened closely due to the visible scuff pictured and did not hear anything audible to change grade. Nothing overpowering and sounds great.
