LABEL DESCRIPTION: Blue and white label with LUE NOTE RECORDS INC-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address, "R" on the bottom, RVG and "ear" etched in the dead wax, also deep groove.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): M- Nice cover with good seams and corners. Signed twice in blue pen on the front by Miles Davis.
GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M- Excellent condition, has one large surface mark on side two most likley caused by the inner sleeve, otherwise clean and well maintained.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Includes Blue Note ad inner sleeve. The signatures were obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of the rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection over the next year or so.
