Description

An unbelievable find in unbelievable condition. Imagine my delight in finding this near pristine WHITE LABEL PR0M0 deep groove six eye original copy of the Miles Davis 1959 classic LP "Kind Of Blue" (Columbia CL 1355, mono). I got this gem from a manager of a 1950s radio station that didn't play jazz so it likely has never been played (I can't find even one spindle mark). Anyone who has dealt with me in the past knows, I don't rate opened LPs as mint but I'm tempted on this one.

Considered by many to be the greatest LP in modern jazz it includes performances by Miles Davis(trumpet & leader), Cannonball Adderly (alto sax), John Coltrane (tenor sax), Wyn Kelly and Bill Evans (piano), Paul Chambers (bass) and James Cobb (drums).

The tracklist is: "So What", "Freddie Freeloader", "Blue In Green", "Flamenco Sketches" and "All Blues".

The vinyl looks flawless and plays just with some very light occasional surface noise I hesitate to even mention. As previously mentioned the white and red "demonstration" labels are super clean with no spindle marks. The cover has no splits, tears, writing or cutouts and shows just some light storage wear.

NO reserve and a very reasonable minimum bid.

I ship world-wide. In the US, the winning bidder pays choice of media mail ($2.85) or priority shipping (based on ZIP code). Good luck!
