Description
MILES DAVIS - STEAMIN' WITH THE MILES DAVIS QUINTET, Prestige LP 7200, mono, deep groove pressing, RVG in dead wax. Bergenfield address on label and jacket, original Prestige inner sleeve.
The musicians on this 1956 recording, released in 1961, are Miles Davis (trumpet), John Coltrane (tenor sax), Red Garland (piano), Paul Chambers (bass), Philly Joe Jones (drums).
The tunes are Surrey With the Fringe On Top, Salt Peanuts, Something I Dreamed Last Night, Diane, Well You Needn't, When I Fall In Love.
Condition of record is E, two light scuffs, no scratches, several spindle marks. Jacket shows some overall wear, one inch seam split top right.
