This Is Promo White Label Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample" "Not for Sale" and Release Date are Printed on Both Labels, A Numbered Sample Sticker is on Back Sleeve.
Disc is EX, Sleeve is EX Minus, The Bottom Part of OBI Strip Has A Small Tear.
