Label is "446 W. 50th St. N.Y.C." with deep groove on both sides. "RVG"  in the runout on both sides.  Record is groove guard.  Back cover has "446 West 50th St., New York 19, N.Y." address.  No printing on spine.

Record looks M- and plays VG++ with a few light non repetive ticks.  Record looks glossy, bright and beautiful.  No scratches.  No scuffs.  No graying, spreading or wear in gooves.  Record plays quietly with very light surface noise.  A superb copy.  

Cover is VG+.

 Front cover looks great with minimal wear.  Small spots of heavy wear at corners and seam.  The issue that keeps this from being a M- cover is that the spine seam is completely split top to bottom.  It is untaped.  Back cover has light to moderate wear. No writing.
