Description

This is an original 1959 copy of Miles Davis' classic "Kind of Blue" on Columbia CL 1355, six "eye" logo, mono. Very early matrix #s. Side 1 is -1B (1st tape or mix used in the mastering, 2nd lacquer cutting). Side 2 is -1A (1st tape or mix used in the mastering, 1st lacquer cutting). Goldmine standards. Sleeve is a VG with two drill holes, worn seams/2" split top right, sticker top right, general wear and age discoloration. Vinyl is a play graded VG+. It has surface imperfections, light scuffs, etc. that produce occasional unobtrusive background clicks, ticks or a faint pop. This record plays very well considering the soft dynamics of its nature. No skips. No sonic boomers.Questions gladly answered.
