RETURNS:
We do accept returns if it can be reasonably established that the item we sent out wasn’t as described, however we do not take any responsibility for damage by Australia Post mishandling. In the instance that we do agree a return is warranted we will fully refund the item cost only, buyer to pay all postage/shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days regarding any issues that you have. We will reasonably assess all cases on a case by case basis.
SHIPPING
This item will be shipped between 24-48 hours of receiving payment. Generally the following (business) day. Shipping is via Australia Post using their basic parcel/padded bag postage system as it’s very affordable and reliable.
We do recommend Registered post for Australian buyers and Postal Insurance for International buyers for an extra fee, if you are worried about your item not arriving, but we leave this to your (the buyers) discretion.
