** NOTE - I took this down for a few minutes because Midtown did not know that there were even talks of making this album on vinyl and I wanted to respect the band - Rob has now contacted the label who was originally supposed to put it out and said that I can have the auction back up - I forget what it was exactly at when it left off so I'm starting it around what I think it was. Thanks for the interest and happy bidding. Also - remember that whoever wins this gets a custom made screen printed sleeve for it - you tell me what to put on it and I'll make it just for you. You are bidding on an ULTRA rare copy of Midtown's "Save The World, Lose The Girl" on 12" Black Vinyl. This is a test pressing and only 5 were ever made - the pressing was canceled so these 5 records are the only ones in existence for this album. The label was allowing the person who was buying the rights to this album to make 5 test pressings to make sure it sounded good before buying the vinyl rights. After all of the effort the original label decided to not sell the rights so that it could release it themselves in the future one day. A friend of mine did the artwork layout and all of the audio ripping for the vinyl and was never paid by the people trying to buy the rights so he gave the record to me and I figured I'd sell it here so someone could own a rare record that would otherwise collect dust. I have no idea if the person who tried to buy the rights is even going to sell his 4 copies.
The thing that sets this one aside from the other 4 made is that my friend will hand screenprint a custom record sleeve for whoever wins this item. I don't have photos of this because we want to let the winner decide the color ink and any personal things they want on it. It will be an absolute one of a kind record so please bid hard and help my friend get back the money he was screwed out of. 
** I may have a full size proof of the album artwork at 12" that I printed out to check color & font sizes - I'll throw this in if I did not throw it away already. I will also be posting a video of the record playing so you guys know it's legit!
NOTE: This is NOT a bootleg, the tests were made with permission from the record label / owner of the rights of the music. I, the seller, received this vinyl from the person who had permission to press these, I did not press this myself and no copyrights were violated when it was made. The only reason this is being sold publicly is to make back funds that were never received for artwork design.
