I have been trading on e-bay since 2002, I normally only list items from my own collection, but I am selling a few items for a friend and work colleague who used to run a disco.
Artist: Michael Prophet.
Title: Fight to the Top (disco mix)/Love & Unity/Mash Down Rome.
Year: 1980.
Label: Island.
number: 12WIP 6583.
Mono/Stereo: Stereo.
Record Condition: Excellent.
Cover Condition: Excellent.
Other information: This 12" is housed in a company sleeve.

I use the Record Collector grading system when grading albums etc:
Mint: The record & any associated items e.g. inner sleeves, booklets, posters etc are in perfect condition.
Excellent: The record show some signs of being played, but with no lessening of sound quality, slight wear and tear to the sleeve and contents.
Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no deterioration in sound quality, possible slight surface marks & light scratches, normal wear & tear on cover & extra items.
Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has deteriorated, the cover & contents could suffer from folding, scuffs to the edges, spine splits etc.
Records: are posted in cardboard sleeves with cardboard stiffeners, they are also posted with the records out of the sleeve, this is to prevent the record splitting the sleeve during postage.
CDs: are posted in bubble bags.
