Fantastic copy of this very rare album. Includes a Rooster catalogue.  Blue Navigator is one of Michael Hurley's rarest and most enjoyable albums. Rooster records expired after fire destroyed their offices (and Blue Navigator master). A treasure!

I grade the record, visually, as Near Mint.  Upon listening, side 2 has some pops and crackles (well below the sound level of the music) so I grade Side 1 as Near Mint and Side 2 as VG+.  The cover also is beautiful. As can be seen in the pictures, one corner is cut (this may indicate that this is a promo copy but I am not sure).  There also is a very small crease on the cover and a tiny bit of wear in a couple of the corners. Because of these slight imperfections, I grade the cover as VG+.  The Rooster catalogue is Near Mint.  Overall, this is a fantastic example of this super rare record.

Grade Scale:

( S ) SEALED = VINYL assumed mint, never open.
( M ) MINT = VINYL absolutely perfect in every way, never played.
( NM ) NEAR MINT = VINYL nearly perfect, no obvious signs of wear. COVER should have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes.
( VG+ ) VERY GOOD PLUS = VINYL may have scuff marks , very light scratches and signs of some wear but will still play almost perfectly, with only barely detectable crackles or pops; a slight noise at the beginning is  allowable. COVER may only have the slightest signs of normal wear.
( VG ) VERY GOOD = VINYL has light scratches, may crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, and no more loudly than the music. COVER has normal wear such a ring wear and split seams , creases , wear at corners , edges & spine.
( G ) GOOD  = VINYL has scratches, may have continuous crackles, pops, significant surface noise. COVER has more than normal wear and tear.
( P ) POOR = VINYL is cracked, badly warped, and won't play through without skipping or repeating. COVER barely keeps the lp inside.
