Up for auction is an ORIGINAL 1986 Metallica 12" (inch) vinyl picture disc of, "Ride The Lightning".
This is an ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING by the UK company Music For Nations (album code MFN 27 P), issued under the license of Megaforce Records Inc.
Record was test played and has slight surface noise between songs (when quiet). A few crackles & pops scattered throught the album (as with ANY vinyl that is 30 years old).
Record was played with a stylus weight and anti-skating set at "5". With this setting, there was only 1 jump heard (VERY slight) at the very end of the song "Escape" (Side two, Track two). The jump is near the vrry end of the song, as it is nearly faded-out (just prior to Creeping Death).
Overall vinyl is clean with minimal to no surface blemishes. Vinyl can use a cleaning with record cleaner kit to restore to its original lustre & shine.
Vinyl includes its original clear PVC (clear plastic) protective sleeve.
