Up for sale is a very clean copy of the US first pressing of Metallica's Ride The Lightning. This is on the silver Megaforce labels with the first pressing Made in Canada jacket. Includes the Metal Militia membership insert.
Unfortunately it does not have the original lyric inner sleeve, but I imagine you can pull that from a cheaper copy.
If you ever wanted to own this record that hasn't been thrashed :) to death, plays pretty much CD quiet even on headphones this is the copy, that looks like it had never been played until I first played it. These first pressings are usually played to death and sound terrible by the time they come to you over 30 years later.
I have a high end turntable with properly setup cartridge and only listened to it once or twice. These first pressing Megaforce records sound so much better than the later reissues which are harsh, compressed, sourced from digital and so on.
Condition:
Record is in NM condition.
Jacket is VG+ for some very light ring wear (see photo, it's very minimal), some edge wear in the jacket opening and a small ding in the lower right.
