Sleeve has wear to seams and edge of spine (not worn spine itself). Writting is all readable. Has a small 3cm split at top right corner. Can be repaired. Front and rear slick are real clean with only feint r/wear to be seen on front if you look hard and even less on rear. See scan. Disc has only 4-5 surface marks. No scratches. Nice and clean for you. Clean labels.

Grade cover as VG+ because of split, otherwise would be EX. Grade disc as EX for sure.

Over-all, this is a nice copy indeed with minor faults and even though it should get to around 250, I will start at 149 and see what happens.
