This is a FANTASTIC FUNK number from a virtually unknown group out of Augusta, GA from the early 80s.  They did a little work with James Brown including a couple of appearances on his TV Show based out of Atlanta.  Unfortunately this group was never able to make it big (maybe because of James Brown - he did manage to ruin a few promising careers in his time), but they did manage to make 2 AWESOME 45s (this one and another one that I also currently have listed - I don't know which one came first), 1 album (From The Core - 1982) and a rumored 12" (that I have never seen).  I have found out that most of the members of the group are still located in the Augusta, GA area, but few still play (sad when you listen to how good this one is - take a moment to do so).  This MONSTER record has never come up for auction before that I have seen and I am listing now with a low start and no reserve so DO NOT MISS your opportunity to grab this one as it may be your only chance to get your hands on a copy of this one.  This copy is a very conservative VG++ with only the most faint paper scuffs visible under a bright light.  You will not be disappointed with this one and will have no reason to seek an upgrade (if you could be lucky enough to locate one).
