Meet The Beatles RARE #3 RIAA LP Record VG+ NO BMI NO GEORGE L??K

So, first off, I don't sell records very often, so I don't know how to grade one.  But, I can explain all the ups and downs!  But we will start with the rarity of this item;  it seems to be a 1st printing of this Meet The Beatles album, it has brown lettering, NO credits for BMI or GEORGE MARTIN, and is a #3 RIAA (the rarest)!!  See pics for more details.  The album itself is in practically flawless condition, with only minimal scuffs of the #2 side.  The #1 side looks practically perfect to me!  The sleeve that holds the record, that has the "CAUTION" on it, has just a couple creases, and the edge that opens has some discoloration and some small tears (up top only), but nothing major.  And now to the outer cover;  it looks really good, but does have spine wear more so on the bottom and side, the top is minimal.  It only has a few creases other than the spine, it has quite a few.  It is ripping apart at the bottom, about 40% of the way across.  But I am trying to be very specific, to give you an idea of the condition, and I am being very critical about it.  From my research on grading, this would grade "cover VG to VG+" & "album VG+ to NM". But see pics for more details and feel free to ask any questions.  Grading is mainly a matter of opinion, and I am giving you my best possible opinion.  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, I will accept returns.  But it must be in the exact condition that it is in when received.

I am not a big record seller, so please check all pics thoroughly, and judge for yourself on how rare this really is!!  It seems to be investment grade to me!

I don't know the value of this album, is the reason I am doing an auction, so it is up to you bidders / collectors, to figure the value!

Please pay as soon as the auction ends, NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS, then I will ship soon afterwards by Priority mail, so you get it quickly, usually same day, or next business day!

International buyers pay shipping and customs fees.

No returns on out of country sales.

Thanks for looking, and bid with confidence, the album's overall condition would be an 8 of 10 I believe!
